Some thoughts; Jiraiya and Nagato pin pointed that the system itself is the major problem of the known Naruto World.

The System breeds and produces hatred and vengeance toward each country(clan, family, community), if someone get killed a loved will take vengeance to compensate for his/her loss and then if he get his/her justice someone again from the another side will take arms, and the cycle goes on and on and on in a never ending battles and feuds.

Some example of characters that was made by this system the way they are now today:
Nagato, Sasuke, Tobi, Orochimaru, Madara and countless others

What will happen to the entire Ninja system after the War? I think Naruto would change this kind of system and that's the reason why he himself would surpass all previous Hokages(may even The Sage Of The Six Path probably) not because of the strength and power he acquired but the changes he made to unify the people in the end.

BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK? CHANGE WILL OCCUR? OR THE THE SYSTEM WILL BE INTACT?

Sasuke and itachI both suck
Congratulations, you've made my stupid troll list.

Also the Shinobi village system will be scrapped. The Shinobi world will be one and the same. No single person will belong to a village, everyone will just be a 'Shinobi' dedicated to protecting peace.

So that means if any enemy rises to disrupt the peace, the entire shinobi world will rise.

Possible. But it could take a hundred years to be fully implemented. A 1 nation, 1 country, and 1 leader.
