One thing which upsets me, In Naruto most of the girls are shown fragile and weakly, though there are exceptions indeed Kaguya, Tsunade and few others. I found one interesting character, i.e. Mei Terumi , she used Water, Fire, Earth and Lightning release. I found that fascinating as she wasn't among the prominent characters yet she was shown a bit powerful.

Interestingly, Sakura, Hinata , Ino, Tenten, Temari who are basically the main female characters are shown quite poorly, though Sakura got the 'superhuman power' later, still, I don't think it's so much to boast about. Everyone loves Hinata, including me, but I think she is portrayed as the perfect 'woman', who is silent, beautiful, polite and shy (way too much), and of course BIG BOOBS. Well, at first i thought Ino has a great power but again I was proved wrong as she isn't better than others. Uhh, about Tenten, i don't really have much to say, cause i'm clueless myself. For me, Temari is better than other girls mentioned here, she is bold and doesn't really depend on others. But again she isn't that much powerful so in the end she stands in the same line as the other girls.

Why? like why? I know it's fiction still, they could have made it a little better..

P.S. IT'S ENTIRELY MY OPINION, YOU MAY FIND IT WRONG, BUT IT'S JUST WHAT I THINK.

You forgot Kunshina, Karui, and dont forget anko. But for majority you are right, thats just the way it is. I see females as fragile creatures, you can be strong but in certain situations you cant always be on top. Theres only so much you can do.

Edit: Tsunade and Kurenai

Kishi's focus hasn't been on females, he was planning on doing it with Sarada. Kodachi on the other hand has sidelined her so we may never see any developed female character. Then we have Queen Hanabi the GOAT however she's nowhere to be seen:(

I like how you complain about that, but runs to defend people like housewives (the thing that you complain about Sakura and Hinata).

Funny.
So funny that I really couldn't understand your point. Are you saying me that "housewives are weaker than working women" then you are wrong. They ain't weak. At least that's what I would argue for.

The fact about sakura and hinata, they are weak. That has nothing to do with being a housewife.

Naruto is one of the best and most inspiring animes, if it encouraged women empowerment a bit, it could have been even better.
