Ishiki's sudden appearance may have caught the attention of the other shinobi villages. I wouldn't be surprised if the 5 kage come with support. When I say support I mean Shinki.

That's a good point they have enough brains in that room to form a good strategy. But they don't know his dojutsu ability. They should lead him away from the village. I'm thinking they will take Kawaki to the ten tails site. They may even try and take control of it to even the odds.Konoha has Shikidai, so..

If something as powerful as Ishiki appears I think it will alert the sensors in other villages. Just a guess but it would be cool to see the other kage in action again.
