I have seen many threads debating over sasukes rinnegan.
Its pretty clear that he has the unadulterated eye of the shinju.
This also explains why he has only one.
The shinju onyl had one so sasuke manifested only one.
I believe the abilities of all the eyes are contained within with the added benefit of all its passive abilities working in tandem at all times.
In the manga you can see madara switching back and forth.
With the ShinjuGan sasuke can effortlessly use any ability while predicting movements from all angles if he ever wished to.
