okay Sasuke didn't have enough chakra before to use Susanoo

therefore when he used his 3 Tomoe sharingan to rush in and take the hit for Sarada he didn't activate Susanoo because his chakra was too low


Here is Sasuke telling Naruto to take care of the kids due to Naruto having enough chakra to use Bijuu cloak
