The Sharingans abilities?

We all know the Sharingan can copy Jutsus, but not KGs.. Can the Sharingan, lets say Tobis Sharingan copy a MS tech like Tsukuyomi??

Ms techniques are unique to the user. Saying that i believe that the ems grants the user the ability to copy any ms technique

No, cause the MS ability is only unique to the User such as Itachi, who transfer his abilities to Sasuke. EMS was seen at the moment to only combine the abilities of both MS Users and prevent blindness from overuse of MS.

Wait each MS user had 3 unique MS techs, Itachi has Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo.. SO how can Tobi use it?

No. Madara only mastered his "own" Ms technique. Which is T/S techniques.

Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu Susano'o is unique to Itachi, and since Itachi gave Sasuke his own Ms techniques, Sasuke also has it.

Tobi probably has some plan to use Sasuke as his pawn. He obviously has some card up his sleeve to control Sasuke. He wouldn't have given Sasuke the EMS if it meant he could overpower him.
