I will have to disagree
Amaterasu: this techinques was made to keep up with fast people like Minato,Naruto, and The Fourth Railkage.
Tsukuyomi: the Uchiha were always the masters of Genjutsu so is right for them to have a high level Genjutsu.
Susanoo: take Garra defense and Bijuus OP strength as an example....an Uchiha can't keep up with that much power without have such a Techinque.
Kumai: i have to agree with this one...it's too OP, but it also have weakness.
EMS: If you were to use three Amaterasu and unleash Susanoo you will be good as dead...they can't use there full MS powers it's only fair for them to have the EMS.
Rinnegan: Senjus can also unlock it so you can't say only Uchihas can do it.

Completely agree.
Overall the Sharingan seems to be made out to being more powerful than the Rinnegan, practically literal God eyes...

Only thing that makes Rinnegan better really is taking souls and bringing people back to life, without that it's next to useless against anyone decently strong.

Whereas the Rinnegan requires you to make contact with your foe for that kind of feat.
Not to mention Izanagi, immortality in an eye.
An easily replaceable eye before the Uchiha were mostly slaughtered.
Naruto Shippuden should be Sharingan Chronicles not Wind.

Completely agree. That's why my favorite characters don't have stupid techs they use constantly (except Minato). I wish it just stayed 3 tomoe
