Whats better the sharingan(including the ems) or the rinnegan

agreed with you couldnt have said it better myself also one more thing each sharingan gain its unique abilities obito kamui itachi and sasuke black flames and so on but the rinnegan you gain the same ability as other rinnegan user

Rinnegan is just another evolved form of sharingan...its not the final eye either.
The sharinngan is (Sasuke's left eye)

Sharingan abilities are often "the ultimate form" of their style of jutsu. Also, last I checked, rinnegan can't use izanami or izanagi, and even if it could it would be a waste.

As far as design goes the sharingan takes the cake! The circles of the Rinnegan sort of make the user look coked out of their mind :|

For abilities though? The Rinnegan is boss level material. Wider variety of applications. I just like the sharingan's...style?....more. Not the physical drawing of it, just the emotions it imbues.
