[Theory] The Sharingan & Non-Uchiha Users

The Sharingan has been explained a lot in the series, but what hasn't been explained that much is how it works for users that are not Uchiha such as Danzo and Kakashi. The only real evidence we have is that they are unable to deactivate the Sharingan and thus have to "hide" it when they are not using it for combat. Making it impossible for them to have two at once unless they have the chakra pool to do so. (Such as Nagato with the Rinnegan.) However, what I want to talk about is how non-Uchiha's use the Sharingan and to what level they can master it over time. So lets take Kakashi and Danzo as examples for this "theory". In the start of Part 2, we saw Kakashi use Kamui for the first time. At that time, he used a lot of time to gather chakra in order to use it, and he did so using a hand seal. When we saw Danzo fighting Sasuke, he preformed a hand seal in order to activate and deactivate Izanagi. Yet we've seen a true-blood Uchiha alike Obito and Madara preform Kamui and Izanagi without the requirement of hand seals. Now we know that hand seals are used to control and mold the chakra into a different element then release it as a Jutsu. (The same goes for Genjutsu.) Now the fact that two non-Uchiha had to use hand seals in order to use the powers of the Sharingan leads me to believe that they were unable to use it otherwise because they lacked the Uchiha blood. However, Kakashi managed to preform Kamui later without using hand seals or mold chakra beforehand. This leads me to believe that he got used to the Sharingan after years of practice and from having it all these years. This leads me to believe that a non-Uchiha can master the Sharingan to the level of a Uchiha, but only with practice as where the Uchiha are naturally born with the power to control it. Which means that with practice, a non-Uchiha may enable the power to deactivate the Sharingan at will. One can say that Danzo use the Sharingan without hand seals when he preformed it on Mifune. But he may have just activated it previously like Madara or Itachi did. By "programming" their Sharingan's to activate at a later time so that no one would see he doing hand seals in the middle of the meeting.

its possible.... but i doubt kishi will clarify that....

but i think maby the non-uchia lack the switch to turn off the sharingan inside the brain... the same as they are able to turn On the sharingan ... like this...
