It was Rinnegan that can read Tablet in detail and not Sharingan but as Rinnegan originated from Rinn-Sharingan, but couldnt read uchiha Tablet lies. Thats is true.

Sharingan can't read BZ's handwriting. A more sophisticated eye is needed for that chicken scratch

Even though Jyuken negged Rikudou PS, the Byakugan was nerfed but with the right user it overpowers Sharingan
