Not only Sarada haven't show anything similar in the main canon material but this episode refer to a filler that couldn't have happened in the manga timeline.
I don't even know why this is a debate. Never was this specified that 1T couldn't manage genjutsu, even if it's in it's infancy. So to say that is filler is beyond ridiculous.
