Not Senju. Ashura chakra. The Rinnegan awoke in both Sasuke and Madara because they were Indra incarnates who receive chakra from from Hashirama (Ashura) and directly from Hagoromo in Sasuke’s case after getting dosed with Hashi’s DNA from Kabuto.
