What about Konohamaru? I always wanted him to grow up and become really strong, but it doesn't seem like there's anyway besides an out-of-place EoS timeskip to see him become strong. I just always felt like he would surpass Naruto and all, and it doesn't seem like I'm gonna see any of him...

EOS Konohamaru will have Enma,5 elements,SM,KB and Rasengan variants like FRS with the other elements.

Konohamaru is to advanced for the plot. Kishimoto isn't giving him panel time due to him being stronger than the sage himself he would one-shot this war.
So if there were a spin-off it would be about nothing but Konohamaru owning these plebians.

I hope it does. I just don't want there to be an awkward transition that feels forced, I want him to be PART of the story, not just some side note to make the fans happy.
