Supposedly from their name, the senju were skilled in a huge variety of skills ranging from ninjutsu to genjutsu to taijutsu to even medical ninjutsu I believe. Most likely sealing jutsu depending on how the Uzumaki were related to the senju. Although overall Hagoromo's body doesn't seem to give anything really flashy as the eyes of hagoromo. For example, izanagi or Izanami with the sharingan.

Just large chakra reserves,they were not specialist, The First Hokage had wood element and that set Him apart from the rest of His clan but thats what Kishi said they were not specialist like the Uchiha and Hyuga.

unlike most clans that had basically one type of jutsu, they use a variety, like a group of earth users, water style users, etc, then you have the senju for example just the 1st and 2nd one had earth and water, the other water and some sort of genjustu along with a time space jutsu, the only people out there that could even keep up with the senju was Uchiha.

If you noticed this translated into how the villages are set up mist primarily water, earth primarily earth style, sand is the wind, and leaf uses everything...in the part 1 i always noticed that when they encounter ninjas from other village they would usually say something like the leaf village always full of talent

they were masters of jutsu, period. thanks to their strong bodies and massive chakra reserves, they could outlast any fighter. even the likes of the uchiha with their blessed eyes would eventually fall to them. just because they don't get some kind of specific kkg for their clan, does not make them weak.
