so i guess the third mizukage hype is now over who was btw the most mysterious person in naruto verse.

i doubt he would've been a Kage if he was fodder. At least most of the guys seen accompanying the Shodais looked like fairly capable fighters, including the Orochimaru lookalike. There's still some mystery to him, because it has yet to be mentioned what his c.o.d. was. That's up to Kishimoto whether or not that happens though.
