I was wondering about the seals present on the Naka shrine walls...

Is it possible that these r seals which r holding this place together...i mean special seals that r preventing this place from crumbling...I m saying this because this is a place of great importance for uchihas...after all this contains the uchiha tablet...( but looking at current scenario(recent manga)....this place is about to crumble thanks to senju brothers)

so im not sure what is their purpose??

yes,it also prevent people from entering since the main entrance have a seal door.

They're possibly multipurpose seal tags, like, for example, what you said, enables the room to withstand crumbling, and like what the other guy above said, to hide it from sensors.

I at first thought that to, but that would be dumb. Not like anybody would just touch it to be funny or push someone else into them, so they can't be that.
