Could it be that the scroll shows how to bring back those who used death reaper seal ? it would make sense that orochimaru was working on it to bring his arms back, and he does say he doesnt have the power to steal sasukes body YET when he is resurected. It also makes sense that it would help them win the war because they would have 1-4th hokage resurceted, and they could be the ones that know everything.

ohh that's true. But Suigetsu did seem pretty knowing of the jutsu or rather seemed to have heard about it. Was the reaper death seal tht popular in tht case? If nt then its more than likely something about some Uchiha elders or rennigan i guess.

I do not think that one who has been sealed with a reaper death seal can be brought back because it was sealed by a certain person and since that person was sealed along, there is very little to no chance of that happening.

Well at the time they were talking about it the jubii wasnt there yet and having 4 hokages on ur side is pretty good idea, considering one of them beat Madara by himself

The scroll is merely Edo Tensei and Suigetsu figured they could use the Edo soldiers to rule the work but Sasuke intended to use it to meet with someone/some people possibly Shisui Uchiha or his father Fugaku
