Orochimaru won't give a chance him to use it.

Jiraiya wouldn't have time to use frog song on either Orochimaru or Tsunade. His summons are kinda futile against these two.
Tsunade just keeps attacking no matter what you throw at her and Orochimaru has his 7383377383774 snakesfromamhmouthjutsu.

Orochimaru's arsenal trumps those of his comrades in terms of both diversity and lethality. His stamina and life energy have both been boosted tenfold as a result of his coalescing with Shodai's cells. Once you consider his immortality techniques and, of course, Edo Tensei, there's not much else that can be discussed.

Jiraiya is an impressive combatant but he's limited by how quickly he can achieve Sennin Mode. Tsunade may be tough to kill, but against these boys, she'll find it tough to kill, as she's inferior with regards to speed/agility and Jutsu variety. She isn't helped by the fact that her fighting style is based heavily around short range, linear-bound movements either.
