Looks: The Third Raikage is a tall, dark-skinned man with a muscular, body builder-like stature. He has long, blonde hair and a full, wild beard. He has unusual eyes with green-coloured irides, dark sclerae and no pupils. The top of his lip has a darker pigmentation than the bottom one and he has a mole above his right eyebrow. He has the kanji for 'Lightning' (雷) tattooed on his right shoulder and a lightning bolt shaped scar runs all the way across the right side of his chest. His canine teeth are also slightly elongated.
Personality: The Third Raikage is a calm and seemingly level-headed person. He is also a man of honour, thinking of backstabbing and political intrigues as cowardly and dishonorable. He is also a very proud and caring individual who will readily use himself as a shield to protect his comrades. The Third Raikage believes that the new generation will surpass the old one. Description:This seal may be passively applied to the users bio, or it can be applied in the form of the Kanji for "Repeat" forming on the user's body in mid battle. When this seal is applied it remains active until the end of the battle. When active, it forms an almost skin tight barrier over the user and any weapons he may holding at the time, the color of such barrier being dependent on the user. This barrier is basically dormant and does absolutely nothing until 2 conditions are met. The first is that the user must be using a taijutsu or kenjutsu technique. The second is that while using the aforementioned type of technique, the user is touching an elemental technique made up of another being's chakra. When these two conditions are met, the barrier will absorb 10 chakra (note that this doesn't meant it takes anything away from its rank or power) from the jutsu it is touching and immediately use that chakra to passively infuse itself with whatever type of chakra that it absorbed. It should be noted that this gives the barrier no inherent power nor defenses, but what it does do is combine the chakra absorbed with the power of the Taijutsu or Kenjutsu move in order to give it an elemental infusion, making it play on equal terms with the whatever element it is touching at the time. This will also allow the users Tai/Ken techniques to interact with an opposing elemental jutsu without the user getting hurt, as again, the raw power of these types of techniques from the user now have the same elemental infusion as a type of coating over them against the technique they would be used against. For example, due to having an elemental coating over it, the user could the D rank Slap technique to slap a D rank fire ball out of the way. And again, the barrier is merely providing protection, the users tai or kenjutsu is providing the power to truly compete. If the barrier absorbs chakra from an opposing technique, it will negate the cost of 10 chakra for that turn due to the chakra absorbed fueling it. To clarify, the barrier itself does no damage and provides no defense. It only coats the users taijutsu and kenjutsu techniques in the same opposing element that the user is touching at the time, allowing the user to interact equally with an element he normally wouldn't be able to using those fields (such as fire) without being hurt. Background Info.
History: The Third's rule was punctuated by the berserk attacks of the Eight-Tails, but as Kumogakure couldn't afford to dispose of such a valuable war deterrent, he was forced to look for a suitable jinchūriki in quick succession, after the conclusion of each rampage. During one of these attacks, the Third fought the Eight-Tails alone, allowing his comrades to escape. Their battle resulted in the Raikage receiving a self-inflicted wound to the chest after he collapsed upon his own hand, which became his life's shame. Since this event, he made it a personal duty to combat the Eight-Tails whenever its jinchūriki lost control, with even his son eventually becoming part of the group that supported him during these occurrences. He chose to seal the Eight-Tails in the Kohaku no Jōhei, resulting in the host's death, hoping that someone else would have more success in controlling it.
Between these attacks, the Third held try-outs along with Dodai in order to search for a tag-team partner for his son, which is a long-standing tradition for the Raikage. As the exercise was seemingly going to end in failure again, he lamented the fact that this would have been unnecessary if A had an actual brother. After seeing the dummy's head finally fall off, he looks on at B and his son, glad that they had finally found a suitable candidate. Ultimately, when Killer B was made the jinchūriki, the Eight-Tails' rampages were at long last brought to an end.
At some point he also mentored Darui, passing the secrets of the Black Lightning technique down to just him. In his later years, he once faced an opposing force of ten thousand shinobi by himself for three consecutive days and nights, in order to allow his comrades to escape to safety.

These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
