(They're twins, so I guess they're going to have to be under the same template, if that's ok. u_u)

Shelby: Pyrokinesis (manipulation of fire) Transvection (levitation, flying) Apportation (teleporting objects, making them appear and disappear etc. )
Bio: Often confused as experiments, these two twins have never really had it 'easy' in their so called 'lives'. Not much is known of them, as to the limits of their psychic powers, only that they rarely will turn to any form of close combat. Distance is what encourages their victories in battle.
More personally, Shelby has always been the triumphant, psychotic brat, eyes filled with intentions unimaginable. Sibyl has always remained the rather quiet and reserved member of this victorious duo. In times of danger, she is more likely to act slightly vulgar - a contrast to her usual self.
Appearance (SO SORRY! I failed to find any pics on the internet. Hope a description's fine T_T): Shelby: Not many differences can be found upon these two. They are twins, after all. Their eyes yellow, their height fairly small. However, Shelby does seem to prefer her (White) hair short. As to her clothes - a long, plain shirt - one button loose - complete with a black ribbon at the collar; she keeps her skirt (Black, adorned with a gold-ish pattern at the hem) short, and often refuses to wear anything else than stockings.
Sibyl:
Her outfit almost identical to that of Shelby's - there are some minor differences. For instance, Sibyl will have her skirt reach down to her ankles. (This is the part I got lazy. ._.) Hair: Long, white (slightly tinted purple) all buttons done up (shirt)
