I assume she only can help one, that one being Sasuke on Naruto's command. (Either that or Sasuke lack's a arm in the Last as we haven't seen his left arm in any of the sketches of it.) Naruto may regain his arm thanks to a strong force of Yang chakra or through the help of the Bijuu.

Kurama said in one translation that Naruto only had the little last bit of his chakra and that once it was used he would go to sleep. Does that mean that Naruto doesn't have the yin kurama anymore?
