The saiyan from Universe 6 could be ..

A SSJ God, maybe as strong or stronger than Goku & Vegeta.

Shenron said that it takes 5 good hearted saiyans to gather their energy to create a SSJ God. In universe 6 the saiyans get hired to defeat criminals and law breakers. So the saiyans must be somewhat good hearted to do things like that.

Since their planet still exists in universe 6 then there are probably millions of them. I'm sure out of all of them some have figured a way to become ssj gods. If there is more than one ssj god in universe 6 then the kid that is at the tournament must be one of, if not the strongest ssj god there is in universe 6, esp. since Champa knows him and vice versa.

He has to be at least SSG level if he wants to give Vegeta a real fight. What were saiyan legends in universe 6 could be common in universe 7.

Universe 6 seems patethicaly weak.

Champa is their "god" of destruction and we all know beerus own him.
The fat winny the poo that is fighting goku is almost getting rekt by base goku. Not even SSJG

I believe this is just a joke tournement and the real fights will be after this.
