As soon as you use your circles of fire i do the serphent handseal to create a pillar beneath my feet that elevates me aswell as a very small pillar that forms between your legs and rises up with speed, damaging your *you know what*, elevating you slighty off your feet before you get out of balance and fall forward in alot of pain that prevents you from using your other techniques.

You'd have to edit everything I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you can't do two jutsu at the same time. Even jutsu that can be used together normally have the first jutsu cast amd use the second afterwards. If you can do it the way you're describing then technically people could shoot continuous streams of fire at the opponent never stopping and do all their other stuff at the same time. You gotta finish a technique before starting another.
