now the super size sage told naruto he was going to fight a young man with great power in his eyes. at the moment i thought it was sasuke automatically. but i sat back and wondered could he have been talking about Tobi(sharingan+rinnegan) or Edo Madara (Rinnegan) . i know he said young man but if you think about it eco madara is at his prime maybe considered a young man and tobi doesn't age so he's like a young man. well just a thought.

and also. i don't see how naruto is going to beat Sasuke , Tobi, and Edo Madara . it doesn't matter if you tamed the fox. naruto looks like he's gonna pass out and he didn't even hit tobi

I think the Sage was talking about Madara. I mean, that Sage didn't actually say "Sasuke", everyone just assumed the Sage was talking about Naruto and Sasuke. Also, in the manga, Edo Madara looks fairly young.

I made a thread about this months ago, and everyone just laughed at me... haha.

Sasuke's path and goals have changed, imo. A fight to the death between Sasuke and Naruto isn't going to happen. Because if Kishi did that, it'd just be a 1st vs. Madara repeat. Instead of seeing Sasuke vs. Naruto, Kishi was give us flashbacks on the 1st vs. Madara fight.

You also need to remember that Naruto's goal is to cure the world of hatred, a fight to the death isn't going to accomplish anything.

Anyways, we all see and interpret things differently from the manga, I guess only time will show us who is right.
