maybe the rinnegan doesnt reveal all of it, but once you gain control of the juubi and get the rinnegan with 10 tomoe (or 3 rings of 3 tomoe, and ur pupil) the tablet will read something like

"Whatever you do, don't try any of this, if you do, you will be evil and i will condemn you for eternity"

Somewhere Along Those Lines, I Can Agree With That. My Assumption Is That Only The S06P's Rinnegan Is Capable Of Deciphering The Entire Tablet, While Anyone Else With The Rinnegan (i.e. Nagato, Madara) Can Only Decipher Around 90% Of It. The Key To Revealing The Rest Of The Tablet Is Most Likely Related To The Tailed Beasts (Whatever Secret May Be Hidden Concerning Them Or Controlling The 10-Tails) - Just My Theory, Though.

I personally think they all can read different pieces, the Rinnegan can read 60%, the Sharingan can read 30%, and the byakugan can read 10% But it makes wayy more sense for the Rinnegan to be able to read more

If the Sage started it and it was finished by one of the sons, prob elder, I would assume the elder son's pieces would be easier to decipher then the Sages, I don't see why Rinnegan couldn't read it all considering Sage started it and should of been the most advanced part of the code

1. Rinnegan atleast 90%, maybe a bit of effort needed to read 100%
2. EMS 75%
3. MS 50%
4. 3 tomoe 30%
5. Byakugan 15-20%

Would make a little more sense, would of been nice if Pein/Nagato was shown reading it during Konoha raid, so we could take a better guess at how much he could decipher just by looking at it
