Gedo is only a vessel, a means of storing the amassed chakra of the tailed-beasts. Think of it like an Edo. It puts the soul of the dead into the body of another. The soul takes over and covers the body in a new look.

Creation of all things is pretty inhuman ability as far i can tell.

well the ten tails was all tailed beast chakra combined and if he beat that then i say creating the moon is also within reach

the thing is he needed to use creation of all things to divide the chakra and the tailed beasts and then needed to use chikabi tensai to create the moon and that's alot of work i am not syaing it is totally wrong but it sounds like it could have been just a lie but it is possible

Gedo is a summon that means it can be brought back from the moon and put back hince noone seeing them take it out

The Gedo Mazou is just a vessel, not the original body. All Tobi needs is the Tentails chakra, will be stored in the Mazou until hes ready to use it, thus making it the vessel.

Let me explain it for you. Gedo Mazo is a SUMMON. It IS the body of the Juubi however it is like every other summon, Naruto summons frogs from Mt. Myoboku, so why couldn't a person with the Rinnegan summon it straight from the moon? The Gedo is a Rinnegan summon, therefore anyone with a Rinnegan should be able to summon it as long as it wasn't already being used

sage of the sixth path probably didnt create moon eye plan because he wouldnt want world controlled by someone genjutsu. I think it is idea of elder son and elder son figured way to revive juubi from moon
