He just may be. I still think that he had the rinnegan BEFORE sealing the jyuubi. I honestly can't see him sealing that inside of him without the rinnegan. It just doesn't make sense to me. Those ninja tools weren't that damn strong. Everyone says oh he had major sealing techs. You have I weaken something before you seal it.
