Yes Chiyo death IMO. None of the characters not even Jiraya or Itachi could top this.

Yes she was a old lady and it was so sad she risked her life for Gaara. Like everyone's was kinda predictable but her's you knew she was gonna die in the next 2 minutes and all the flashbacks came up and she died. I actually cried

Kakashi's "death" was way sadder than that old *****'s death. Chiyo was like 120, was gonna die soon anyway lol how are you gonna feel sad about that? Chiyo didnt even matter, she was introduced to the series as a fodder character just to die.

I'd say the saddest was probably Minato/Kushina
