When you think abut it Madara and sasuke were going to sacrifice their own lives their own Will to try and bring about their way of peace
Obito always planned on being caught in the IT with everyone else yet someone has to cast it and maintain it which can not happen if they are in the IT
which means Madara was going to have everyone in the dream while he alone aside from juubi would be left outside.
While everyone is having their dream world he would be all alone in the world with nothing to do no one to talk to
Sasuke was prepared to be hated and feared by all so they could unite against him and continue to be at peace
Which let's face it only the threat of annihilation or enslavement would they come together as he knew
His name would be spoken with disgust resentment and fear despite them being united
naruto even got mad but mainly sad when he learned Sasuke's plan
Truly there choice would be hard but since they have been through severe events they could handle it
Kishi should have made that the focus for the uchiha who had Indra
where each person to become one with Indra would follow that path have the world united against them when peace began to fail war and pain erupts to be hated and feared to cast aside their life love etc. for the sake of peace
