Description: This sword was built precisely for smoke users so they could battle efficiently. This sword has the elements of a wrist launcher mechanism attached to its base which can be operated through chakra to produce smoke and shoot smoke bombs. It’s main special is its ability for the bladed area to separate into shards and reattach itself, which is also initiated by the users chakra. When activated the blade will seperate into many shards as the smoke is released from within the blade to surround them creating a B rank smoke ninjutsu based attack against the enemy. The shards from that blade, which are each about the size of a small shuriken will move about within the smoke surrounding them to slash and strike everything that comes in contact with the smoke up to mid range of the user. Moreover, the shards work well with smokes lack of physical presence by traveling in the path the user wants the smoke containing the shards to go in. The shard will reattach in the original form of the blade when the user stops this ability.

Ragna Created a clone using his blade Hollow which produces smoke. The smoke was produced to his side so he could clearly view his opponent. He then shot out a couple of smoke bombs at Kaname blinding his vision and suffocating him. While the smoke cloud was around him Ragna’s clone (to his left R1) caused I to spin and restrict Kaname movements. With the spinning smoke acting as a marker for his next attack Ragna began rapidly firing fireballs that would explode on impact while he was restricted to move.

With the enemy in sight, Kuzan takes out a staff from his back and channels lightning chakra onto it. Within seconds, the upper part of his staff would transform into pure lightning, and afterwards, re-shape into a fan-shaped figure with new abilities. The clone would stand, emitting a substance that appeared to be smoke, from what Kuzan could deduce, at least. Kuzan stayed calm, up until the smoke began to approach Kuzan. Without a second to spare, Kuzan would simply wave the makeshift fan he created from his weapon, to create a gust of wind that, with shape manipulation, turns into a net that can easily cut through flesh while pushing back traces of smoke towards the creator, and causing most to disperse. The net would easily overpower the smoke and continue onwards."So, what's your name, Shinobi?"

Transformation;

Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs.Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.

(Fūton: Kakeami no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Cast Net Technique

Description: The user using a giant folding fan or giant fan will swing it towards the enemy summoning a gust of wind that then takes the form of a net and slices through the opponent. A standard user can perform this technique by using a sequence of 5 hand seals.

With the smoke coming back his way and dispersing Ragna easily could tell this was a wind jutsu. Having predicted this before hand (my first move I was going to use a fire jutsu to cover the smoke) Ragna followed suit doing as he already planned and fired off rapid shots of exploding flames; during this attack the smoke clone simultaneously produced a smoke dragon from its wrist which end up being very large in length reaching long range. It wrapped around and suffocated Kuzan around his upper body blinding his sight and only restricting movements to a minimal level, (happens simultaneously with the fire.) These of course helped Ragna buy time to create another clone to his other side to his right R2 made out of lightning chakra.

“My name is Ragna; and I plan on killing you swiftly and painless. Whats your name, so I can put it on your gravestone?” ^^

Ragna said this cheerfully which made it sound a little awkward. He could tell this would be fun.

Description:
By unleashing a continuous stream of smoke from his wrist launcher, the user can use his chakra to shape the smoke into the form of a dragon linked to his wrist launcher. This gives him the advantage when facing enemies that specialize in close quarter, physical combat because the dragon is completely composed of smoke, making so that physical attacks are useless against it. He can form several Smoke Dragons at once, but in this case, each one proportionally smaller and weaker. Its primary battle ability is to envelop and suffocate the target. However, as smoke is dissolved when it comes into contact with water or wind this technique is weak against water and wind based attacks.

(Raiton: Raiton Kage Bunshin) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shadow Clone

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself but made from lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

The smoke dragon would be materialized in the battlefield and make its way towards Kuzan. Knowing that smoke would make it hard for him to breath, and that this smoke was not just an ordinary smoke, Kuzan focused on making the smoke disperse into thin air. In response, Kuzan would send a large amount of wind chakra throughout the entire battlefield and focusing it in front of him, in which he'd create a large wall of five ferocious tornadoes that spin rapidly. As the dragon attempted to get close to Kuzan, the five tornadoes would be created to march towards the enemy while at the same time, dispersing the smoke created with ease and tanking the flame technique. It would continue, barely weakened by the dragon. Immediately after its creation, Kuzan would proceed to create an ice disk from thin air. This would be launched directly behind the tornado and it would be fairly large, while having sharp sides capable of cutting through flesh. This would be hidden behind the tornado, almost invisible due to its transparent color.

Description: The user will gather particles into the air and change them into a disk of ice. The ice disks are transparent, and they are therefore nearly invisible at a distance, and difficult to dodge or see until they are very close. Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

Seeing the gusts of tornadoes destroying the smoke dragon Ragna out of practice and training begins to respond by firing off a Katon jutsu. Performing a single handseal. Ragna fired a wide wave of unconcentrated Katon chakra to blast through the tornado. Being a streaming technique He was going to continue it toward Kuzan but the bright fire caused Ragna to see Ice which is very reflective just barely. He concentrated his stream to push on and destroy the disk causing the tech to end there. Ragna begin strategizing realizing he can’t match this opponent in brute force. The lightning clone shot out a bolt of lightning to the enemy and then Ragna quietly channeled his chakra In the grass behind Kuzans feet (but not at his feet so he wouldn’t know) to make them hard. He then shot them into his Achilles quickly like senbons which would prevent movement or even the ability to maintain a great stance properly.

(S rank Fire is strong against Wind so it remains A rank fire as it continues to your Ice disks. Just clarifying but im sure you know that.)

(Katon: Gōen no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Technique

With the enemy having more in numbers, Kuzan knew that maintaining a battle against multiple enemies would prove to be futile. With that in mind, he took a different approach. While the flames were dealing with the ice disk, Kuzan would create a single handseal. With that, he would send his earth chakra in the grounds beneath the enemy, manipulating it in such a way that it would create a pit that would suck everything in within short-range, sucking in the original and clones as well. Following that attack, Kuzan would create another handseal to materialize an orb of water out of no where, directly to the side of him in which he'd shape out several whips of water to appear out, around 50, all of which attempt to skewer the clone and the enemy, who by now would be disoriented from the pit.

(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Once the ground becomes manipulated it starts Dragging him into the ground. Ragna places his hands on the moving ground and channels unfocused raition through the ground stopping its manipulation and sending it toward Kuzan. While sending it toward Kuzan, Ragna then had the smoke clone and the lightning clone attack in a smoke/lightning combo by first blinding him with the smoke Dragon Jutsu and binding his movements but the lightning clone attacked from above using a condensed orb of Raition chakra unknown to him causing it to rain down lightning on the opponent.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
