The Rinnengan seems broken

I made a thread about this, but in reference to VOTE 2, I have no idea why Limbo wasnt given to any other rinne user, other than the suggestion that certain users have unique abilities and even that is pushing it

Limbo was to OP. That's the only reason why it wasn't used by other Rinnegan users. I mean, did you see how Limbo solo'd everyone? If Nagato had that ability, the Naruto series would have ended sooner than what it did. Kishi introduced Limbo only when it could be countered. Without the Sage's power ups, they still wouldn't have a way to counter Limbo.
