The Sharingan is able to copy Ninjutsu,Genjutsu and Taijutsu by simply witnessing the Jutsu being performed;

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorise ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu.

The Rinnegan grants the user the ability to use of the Nature Transformations;

The holder of these eyes can completely master all five basic nature transformations that form the basis of ninjutsu.

What has been confirmed about the Sharingan so far is that it evovles;Sharingan>Mangekyo Sharingan>Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, as the Sharingan evolves the eyes unlock a new power.

Also; It has been stated by Kabuto that the Mangekyo Sharingan evolves to into the Rinnegan.

What has been bothering me about the Sharingan is that since it has been stated to evolve into the Rinnegan;

Does the Eyes still retain the ability to Copy Ninjutsu,Genjutsu and Taijutsu?

If this is true, then that means whoever bares the Rinnegan should be capable of using every Jutsu simply by witnessing said Jutsu in action, Tell me your opinions on this Subject.

I believe the Rinnegan and the Sharingan hence Nagato not using MS techs. They are two parts of the Juubi's eye.

Good question. I would say no. Sharingan can easily copy ninja art techs and I havent seen a rinnegan user use ninja arts techs. Just elemental attacks and rinnegan techs.

Nah, that's not the case. You can only use certain techs from the MS like Susano'o with Rinnegan active, so you can't use Genjutsu, that's why Madara regressed to his EMS to get the Raikage in Genjutsu In other words, you can't copy with Rinnegan active but you need to switch to Sharingan >.>

The Genjutsu used on Raikage is Unique to the Sharingan, it is the Sharingan's Genjutsu, Madara's eyes regresed to his EMS because i don't believe is aware that the Rinnegan has a Genjustu also, which Nagato used against Kakashi when he attacked Konoha.​

The lack of Usage of Ninja art techs by Rinnegan users could simply mean there hasn't been any Ninja Art Techs learnt that the user thinks is stronger than his/her Rinnegan Techs​

^This. Also, just because the rinnegan allows you to do all elements doesn't mean you can do all kkg because you still wouldn't have the genetics required. For instance, Kimimaro's bone release.

I never included Kekkei Genkai in the list of thinks that could be copy, i never thought you could copy a Kekkei Genaki...

Also i think the copying ability that is given by the Sharingan is a result of the level of insight given by the Eyes...So Maybe you don't have to necessarily switch back to the Sharingan to Copy Jutsu

The Juubi's eye is a combination of the Sharingan and the Rinnegan. When you separate the Juubi's eye you get two completely different eyes. That's why they can't do the same things. My opinion anyway.

It is plausible that the Juubi's eye is a combination of both the Sharingan and the Rinnegan, but wouldn't that mean that there is a next evolution to the Rinnegan, because as you can see when the EMS evolves into the Rinnegan, both Dojutsu do not combine...

Also the So6p never had a combination of both Dojutsu which is weird since usually the Jinchuuriki is bestowed upon with the same characteristics as the Tailed-Beast.

We haven't seen Sasuke attempt to use any of the Techniques Neji uses...
