The rinnegan

Lately i was thinking but couldnt find a befitting answer to it,so i decided to share it with you guys....If the rinnegan is indeed the evolution/the next stage after the EMS,then why does tobi had to transplant the rinnegan if it were so???I'd like to hear what you guys think.

Cause Tobi cannot transform a sharingan into a rinnegan because he isn't the original wielder

So hes not Madara in any form............right

because if he was the original Madara he could go from regualar sharingan to rinnegan and then back with the transplanted eye from nagato(or Madara)

Tobi (probably, most likely. who knows?) isn't an Uchiha and therefore, his Sharingan can't evolve.

1. Tobi has dozens of sharingans and we cant be sure if any are actually his - might not even be an uchiha
2. Tobi never had a sibling whom he could take the eyes from to get ems
3. If he is using others sharingans for his own purpose then he is not the original wielder and therefore cant get ems from those eyes because he is not actually sibling related to the original wielders sibling lol

Tobi has Mangekyou Sharingan..... How was he able to manipulate fourth mizukage - Yagura... thats by using kotoamatsukami... which is a mangekyou gengutsu... from shisui and how did he manage to control kurama??
