The Rinnegan has more potential than people realize

So most people already know about the powers of the Rinnegan like the Six Paths and the ability to master all chakra natures but I believe a Rinnegan user can create many unique jutsus out of a variety of chakra natures.

For example a Rinnegan user can combine several elements like Earth and Water or Wind and Lightning to create very powerful and unique techniques.

Since a Rinnegan user can master all chakra natures then they can create any jutsu they want with various combinations.So does everyone think the Rinnegan has more potential than the Six Paths' abilities?
