When Garp told Luffy about his father. Didn't he tell him that the reasson he's called a revolutionary is because he overthrows goverments? What if Dragon has been overthrowing goverments that are governed by members of the Donquixote family since the start of the series, and the reason why he's the most wanted man alive is because the Celestial Dragons wanted to protect their background.

My guess would be that Dragon found out about their history and decided that it's time to destroy the whole Donquixote family once and for all, all over the world if possible. Maybe that's why Sabo and Koala are there?

Just a thought ^^

The Celestial Dragons consists of more families than just the Donquixote family, but yes he wants to get rid of the World Nobles. He despices them, has done and always will do.

that could be a reason but he wouldn't focus on only one family for that long
