The Return Of Orochimaru

he is not sealed. Kishi showed the one snake escaping for a REASON. It was his soul escaping. The technique he used for immortality bound his soul to the impure world forever. That is why Kabuto hasn't brought him back, not because he is sealed away, but because he isn't in the pure world. Plus the snake tht is coming out of the back of Kabuto's cloak has its own conciousness.

Taking over Sasuke's body is enough of a power up
who knows maybe it was part of his plan all along to make Sasuke think he killed Orochimaru only to have Kabuto bring him back with some crazy jutsu that can return sealed people into the world

ninetails was sealed with death god...but he's still alive right now with naruto...some orochimaru powers (cells / dna) were left with kabuto and its slowly taking him over...it's damn possible plus the fact that orochimaru was the ultimate villain and nastiest as ive seen in the series...
