Two things, kabuto said he needed a living Uchiha - not Tobi...

Second point, Kabuto is loyal only to he old dead master's dream which was living forever or bring the dead back to life with something more powerful that the edo jutsu. If he could bring anyone back to life with immortal powers it would be Orochimaru. He is by far the most dangerous villains in the Naruto story. You just watch, Orochimaru will come back, take sasuke's evil body, destroy Tobi plans, become immortal, and only the child of prophecy will be able to stop him.

Plus he make evil look better than Tobi anyway.

@boshans Your wrong, oro wasnt sealed, he escaped through a small snake wich got burned...but wasnt sealed. his Body was sealed.

I also have said that Kabuto/Orochimaru was gonna be the final "Bad guy". To save the Naruto story and or maybe even prolong it, it has to be orochimaru and not Tobi, being that Tobi is not the actual Madara or maybe just some part of the real Madara mixed with the first, it kinda takes the luster away from him being the leading bad guy. So I am rooting for Kabuto!!!!

Where is Oro?
In Itachi's sealing sword.

Where is the sealing sword?
Sasuke's susanoo.

Who wants Sasuke?
Kabuto.

Who can bring Oro back?
Kabuto, IF he could ever get Sasuke.

I agree. Orochimaru was the epitome of evil in the Narutoverse. He was(and still is) my favorite villain. I'm still waiting for him to come back. He is the only character--aside from Itachi and Minato--to plan far in advance for multiple scenarios. Shikamaru is well on his way and, as much as I hate to admit it, Sasuke has shown that potential as well.

I guess the Sasuke one shouldn't surprise me since his brother is Itachi and his last mentor was Orochimaru. Still, it's simply hard to believe that we have heard the last of Orochimaru.
