Seem that anything could happen the way Kishi feel like it.

Hashimara said to push the Juubi toward the sea.
Suddenly Jiraiya appeared.
Did Jiraiya really die.
Neji did die in the battle, body as proof.
But Jiraiya body was in the sea.
Possible Nagato revived Jiraiya, part of his secrets.

Perhaps Nagato inplanted a secret Rinne Tensei on Neji as well, that would activate when Neji died.

Perhaps that was a part of his secrets as well.

OT: No I don't believe Jiraya will come back, since Kabuto already said that he couldn't use Edo Tensei on him since his body was too deep in the ocean.

well it would be a serious dishonor to have jiraya return but it seems possible. in order to defeat obito they need another sage, and now if orochimaru wont help and if kabuto remaons stuck in an endless genjutsu then jiraya will have to be the answer, unless sakura has a slug sagemode (which would seriously reduce the number of weekly insults she recieves), in which case i think orochimaru would have juraya's dna, after all they once worked together and thus he would revive him as an edo

Edo Jiraiya wld b fun but if Kishi does that he will have in a way just messed up lord perv's sacrifice.
