Personality: He strives to become the strongest, even if it means that he needs to kill off Accelerator, a rival of his. He's also a ruthless, cocky, and cold hearted individual, though at times he may show mercy. When attempting to find Last Order to draw out Accelerator, he attacks and tortures Kazari and was on the verge of killing her when she refused to give him Last Order's location; but when attempting to eliminate Takitsubo Rikou, he decided to let her go as she was already on the verge of self-destruction from over-use of her ability. He prefers not to get innocent people involved in his battles, though if they do get involved, he will not go out of his way to protect them. However, he shows no mercy to his enemies or anyone who opposes him and will crush them without hesitation.

Background Info
History: Kakine Teitoku was born within the Uchiha Clan of Konohagakure. However since he was born, Kakine became unsteady and was arrested as a child for beating multiple companions in grade school. Most addressed him as a Devil, due to his actions. However he was likely nicknamed as "Dark Matter". Kakine became fond of this nickname of his as his name struck fear within the hearts of these ******s. Due to his insolence, Kakine was kicked out from the village. Kakine was angry, destroying a fraction of the border. Wandering around the world, destroying shit and ****ing *****s up, Kakine came across a village engulfed with sand. It was Suna and it became Kakine's home.. temporarily.
