The ressurection <.<

As i noticed in the bleach arena rules for creating an arrancar, you are not allow to have a resurrection until you have the rank of Fraccion. By Rp standards this is completely incorrect, every arrancar has a ressurection, they actually are usually born in a ressurection unlike those few like wonderwiess which is believed to be because he was a vasto lorde which already has the ability to seal it's power into a sword. Once one's mask break's without the power to conceal their true form into the shape of a blade, one looks like they would in their ressureccion except for the fact they are alot weaker than a concealed ressureccion. Meaning I believe it should be more like you may not conceal you ressureccion until at the rank of Fraccion, which is still high because all numero have a ressureccion that is concealed. Or like if not at this rank you may have a resureccion except it must be exetremely weak and you are in it until you gain the rank of numero or Fraccion. Or it could be made yo where you cannot make an arrancar until you have these posts for this rank. That is all .

and it was done this way so that it could be fair, because not all shinigami have obtain shikai release, and usually those who have are seated officers.

what rag said and even seated officers cant use the full extent of there shikai they actually have weak shikai very weak (about 3rd seat they get stronger and yumichika is an exception his actual shikai would probably put him at at least lieutenants rank) and any good rp'er who is an arrancar shouldn't have a problem beating someone on lower rank who is a shinigami shikai or no shikai
