The Renningan

Before this chapter it was confirmed that senju DNA + Uchiha DNA =renningan

But it was revealed that only people who possess both ashura's and indra's DNA can awaken the renningan, the theory about sasuke getting renningan by hashi's DNA has been shattered. The only possible way either of them will awaken it is if sasuke or naruto die and the other takes his DNA.

Yeah, so Sasuke has essentially got Ashura's chakra inside of him, plus the spirit of Indra.

The cells Kabuto was using were taken from Hashirama while he was still alive so I don't see why it matters if Hashirama currently is an Edo or not. After all, you can't take cells from an Edo body. Not to mention, that Kabuto never approached Edo Hashirama to begin with.
