The relationship between Tobirama and Tsunade.

Tobirama was Tsunade's grand uncle. And Tsunade known Tobirama because she known Hashirama.

But we have none informations about the relationship between them. Never Tsunade or Nawaki talked about their grand uncle who was a great Ninja and Hokage.

Never Nawaki had said « I will become Hokage like Grandpa and Grand uncle ».

Never Tsunade had said « I am the litle daughter of the First Hokage, and the litle niece of the Second Hokage »

Even Orochimaru talked about Tobirama « The man I respect the most »

According to you how was the relationship between them ?

They probably related to each other for being somehow stubborn and grumpy.

Tobirama seems somehow distant from family. Apart from Butsuma that is.

They probably didn’t get along being that Tsunade took after Hashirama so early on.

Tsunade was a mischievous person when she a kid. A mischievous kid is the epitome of childish. Seeing how Tobirama couldn't even entertain Hashirama's dream AFTER the Uchiha submitted, I have a hard time believing such a cold person could behave warmly to a child.

Tobirama is a douche. He probably didnt give a **** about family before he got fodderized by the Gold and Silver Bros.

Hence why he had no woman or children to speak of.
