The relation between bloodline and chakra

So from what the manga has shown KKG stems from chakra but chakra itself is determined by the person's DNA. With Uchiha for example, their DNA gives them the chakra that Indra possessed to use Sharingan, and out of all of them only few have the DNA to awaken superior chakra for Mangekyo.



The same would apply for elements, Mei's DNA gave her Lava release, but if you possess Son Goku's chakra you can still have the KKG.




When Hagoromo shared his chakra, he was giving the people the potential to have similar abilties as him, but depending on their DNA their powers would vary.


My question is, if the bijuus were made from Rikudou chakra (the Juubi), then shouldn't Hagoromo's chakra grant ability to use certain KKG that the Juubi originally possessed ?



Because normally Rinnegan users shouldn't have the ability to learn any technique, only RSM users should, but that's not what the manga said. Orochimaru himself came to the conclusion Sasuke had the genes to master any ability.

Do you think it's possible Rikudou chakra awakens the ability to copy KKG or nah ?

The jyubi has all the kkg because it is the progenitor of all chakras. Hagormoo himself is not. Sasuke's potential to copy all techniques is not kkg based, which is what Orochimaru is implyiing. Rsm allows you to use the kkg of all nine biju in return (from what we can assume).

As for the rinnegan, the hype of allowing you to do "anything" is because when the power of both uchiha and senju come together they master the kekkai genkai element yin-yang release. So awakening the rinnegan on top of that will unable the user to master any basic jutsu (uchiha trait) but also create (uchiha and senju trait combined) any jutsu the user so desire.

Good thread. I too believe Hogaromo's original chakra transfers to the people resulted in the original kekkei genkai. Except for his descendants.
A jyubi jin coupled with Rinnegan likely has the ability to learn and use other kekkei genkai like Madara using Ranton storm release.
Everything else the same as Tobi is saying.
