We know that Indra's and Ashura's chakra get reincarnated into the following generations. I want to know why is it only of Hagoromo's kids? Why can't it be like the same case in Hago's brother's kids? Hago never told us that his brother was less than him in any kind of power. They both have same contributions in saving the world from Kaguya......... And it could have also happened that Hago and his brother's chakra descended rather than Indra's and Ashura's. What's the logic?

It simply wasn't metioned, they never said anything against that. They really only mentioned that the sage had a brother, that's actually all there was to it.
becuase their kids didn't start a war that goes form generation to generation. everytime they reincarnate they hope that the reincarnations stop this circle of war. I think that's why they reincarnate. and otherwise it's just plot
