He lay still upon the roof of a secluded building, his attire was not suited for this particular job so he made sure to blanket himself with nearby rubble to not catch any unwanted eyes. His target was not much to be seen around these parts, the timing was not the most assuring of the day to acquire his kill yet it was the only chance he would have to complete his task.
Raiden: "11:00am... If my source was correct he should be here any minute..."
Raiden waited patiently as time was nearing & his right arm slowly slid forward, extending toward his desired position. Many wanted this man dead & an endless list of prices were given but only one had peaked Raiden's interest, it had no value in regards to currency yet it was something all Taijutsu users wished to acquire. Raiden's only chance to gain such an opportunity was to take on a man who had already acquired it, the ability to unlock a vast amount of hidden power, Eight Inner Gates.
Raiden: "Uuuhhhhh.... His majesty better move along. I'm starting to sw..."
The bustling crowd below had come to a halt, two halves had been formed as they separated between themselves on each side of the street, creating a wide pathway. A group of footsteps could be heard nearing from his right side & a set of shadows could now be seen where the rubble Raiden had himself hidden beneath was slightly revealing him & his arm. This was no time for Raiden to worry about stealth, he had gathered a rough image of his target & if he wanted to exit the situation alive he would have to target the entire group. With his right arm already extended he motioned his hand to it's left side, single slits opened up across his fingertips as rounded off segments of his bones revealed themselves. Raiden simply waited for an opportune moment & continued to flick his wrist to the right side causing the five bullets to propel forward toward the group in an attempt to finish off as many before continuing his assault.

You should be able to find him during his rare outings around the islands. He will have 5 guards with him & their skill is not something to be taken lightly. It is a busy time with trading an all so cover shouldn't be a problem..
