after watching the recent naruto Episode it got me thinking

-Deidara captured the one tail and the three tails, hidan the two tails,kisame took the five tails, Pain took the six tails...

so who did itachi capture?

since obito told them each was getting a tailed beast, i understand why deidara went after the one tails( for himself), but he ran into the three tails by mistake, so thinking in terms of my power rankings in the Red cloud organisation, itachi was second most powerful, meaning he was going after the eight tails, but he never did

plus they lost alot of members thanks to Konoha ninjas, meaning just like Pain had to go after the six tails maybe itachi had to capture some other tailed beast..

so who do u thinkin Itachi went after the four tails or seven tails?

he was a spy, if he really wanted to of captured Naruto for example, I doubt he would of ran away when he was with Kisame fighting Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Gai. He didn't even try to fight once he realized things were beginning to heat up

it was directly stated in both the manga and anime that Kisame singlehandedly fought against the 4 tails.

itachi not there to take naruto, he was there to talk to danzo(to not kill Sasuke) after the third died
