Ya lets not confuse senju DNA for being able to use wood style:

Senju bloodline limit makes you a boss with big chakra reserves and reduces the time limitations of jutsu's you use. There fore things that would require a 10 year waiting period like Shisuis Sharingan, would only require 10minutes or so to be used again.

Wood Style on the other hand is a Rare kekkie Genkia that allows you to use the wood style by using the water style and the earth style jutsu's at the same time.

Hashirama was a boss and had both of these, but having 1 doesnt mean you will have the other, hence why all the other Senju, like Tobirama, didnt have wood release as well.

It's actually the other way around - she can't use Water and Earth because she doesn't have Wood. Subtle, but big difference.

Having Water or Earth doesn't dictate whether or not you can use their respective KG. Like I said above, it's the other way around. She either has Wood or she doesn't. In this case, she doesn't. It's that simple.
