The reason why Tobirama isn't going to use Suiton.

The reason is what good would it do? Yeah I want to see what he can do. But He's facing jubito. Ninjutsu attacks just get absorbed. If he were to even use suiton from a real water source or to gather water from thin air it wouldn't do much damage... Jubito was able to tunnel through the earth with just his torso easily. I don't think any suiton based techniques are useful here. I want to see it don't get me wrong but it's useless in this situation.

I'm just sayin there's been a ton of threads saying why he doesn't use suiton so I decided why not answer this for people who do not understand.

Actually I think he's getting prepared to use it.

He just mentioned that he can't keep teleporting behind Obito.



This means he has to use something else. Naruto and Minato also seem to need time.

As such Suiton would be helpful. While it will not truly damage Obito, it will buy time because the force of the water could push him back, or could be used to move Naruto and Minato as they focus.

It could also be that if his brother is to be called over to this battle, he will trade places and attempt to fight against Madara with others to better build match ups.
