the reason why sasuke wasnt tnj until now

There are people who said sasuke was the hardest person to tnj but that´s rather subjective, the way i see it is that for naruto to tnj someone he first has to go all out with that someone.
For example when naruto fough garaa, both naruto and garaa couldnt move anymore, naruto havinf understood what garaa felt he applied tnj, when naruto tnj nagato the battle was already over and having heard and understood nagato he applied tnj, when naruto was battling juubito and they were in the tug of war,they first went all out then naruto saw obito´s memories and then applied tnj.
But then whay naruto didnt tnj sasuke the first time? because naruto was left uncouscios and thus couldnt see through sasuke like with the others, so basically the sole reason why naruto didnt tnj sasuke sooner is because he didnt go all out first and then talk like he did with the others, he didnt have the chance to do it until now.

It's because he avoided Naruto as much as possible. He knew Naruto would be able to "convert" him, and when he failed to kill Naruto, he accepted that converting was the best answer.

nagato wanted to create momentary peace by making people fear, naruto tnjed and now nagato supports naruto
obito wanted to create a dreamworld, naruto tnjed and now obito supports naruto´s way
sasuke wanted a revolution, naruto tnjed and now sasuke supports naruto

all of then acknowledge their truth feelings when they were tnjed, all of them changed their plans
sasuke has fallen victim of tnj too
