Subsequent to the clashing of Sasuke's Blaze Release Chidori and Naruto's Nine-Tails Chakra Enhanced Rasengan, their left and right arms, respectively, were annihilated.

Despite both combatants being in the same condition, Naruto prevailed.

When Naruto said,"So you've finally regained consciousness," this implies that Naruto had awakened prior to Sasuke.

Therefore, Naruto technically prevailed.

People still use this weak ass argument?

*sigh*

Have it your way, OP.

I almost agreed with you there, but seeing as he wasnt capable of landing a finishing blow its still a tie to me. The reason Sasuke "won" their first fight in my opinion is because he had the opportunity to kill Naruto, he just chose not to. Naruto would not have been able to kill Sasuke in that situation even if he wanted to, therefore its still a tie to me.

Manga is named after Naruto, so he won.

Oh Base Rasengan > Chidroi. Even when Sasuke amped his chidori was Amataerasu, the best he could do was a stalemate, that destroyed his and Naruto's arms .

When Sasuke said I lost it didn't matter anymore because I knew that Naruto was the victor at that point.

The point of knocking someone out is to incapacitate them, but Naruto was incapacitated too, so it really doesn't matter.

No matter how much Naruto would have tried to move he couldn't. It doesn't matter who wole up first because they were both incapable of doing anything.

If that fight was a tie then, Gaara Vs. Naruto was a tie.

It was a tie physically.

But Naruto's ideals won over Sasuke's

If naruto was not able to land a finishing blow in his ability, then yes

Ok =D I personally think that Naruto won both fights, but as a Gaara fan if Sasuke fans think it was a tie I'm cool with that. Win-Win for me.
